UPDATE - Three Years In The Making!

Happy summer, 

This site was originally set up as a way to connect with my students during the shutdown of 2020. We posted yoga videos and lessons that hopefully helped them manage rough emotions during a very rough time in our country‘s history. 

For the past 3 years, we continued learning about our emotions. We developed lessons, maintained gratitude journals, wrote books, practiced yoga in the pine forest, road bikes in state parks, gathered stones along Lake Michigan, even zip lined, climbed rock walls, and road a summer luge. Anything that we noticed that helped us, we wrote it down.
