Yoga

Here are two types of yoga for you to try. You can practice at your desk or in your chair, or you can practice a traditional yoga flow on a mat!

Desk or Chair Yoga: Take 5 minutes to release tight muscles while remaining in our personal space.  Sometimes teachers need a few minutes to grab materials for the next idea or to visit the restroom.

Yoga Flow: Practice yoga for a class activity or anytime you need to stretch & strengthen your container.  Taking care of ourselves gives us energy to care for the people who depend on us.
